Baseball Mystery
The man striding to the dish is a former member of Chief Wahoo's tribe. He has led everyone at his position in homers the past few years and plays for the only baseball team named for a horse.
He is dressed in white and is left-handed.
The backstop is California born and nephew to one of the most famous California baseball men of all time. He also has hit more homers than anyone who ever has at his position. This is his second team he has played for, but the first time he has played for the second team in a city.
His other team was the first team in a city with two teams, though that team was the second team in it's old city.
His battery mate has something in common with the striding man as he too was an Indian Warrior at one time, and was parts of a the most devastating trio of the 90's.
9 batters have gone to the plate before him... none have got on.
Questions:
Who is the striding man?
What team does he play for?
What team did he play for?

What city is the game in?
Who is catching?

What team did he play for?
What hand does he throw with?
Who are the other two people of the trio?
What inning is it?
What is the score?

Good Luck!

Okay, you know sports are not my thing, but I did know that Chief Wahoo meant the Indians; that there are at least two cities (New York and Chicago) with two teams; that with 9 batters coming before him, and no one got on, it must be the fourth inning(3 up, 3 down times 3= first half of fourth inning); and since he is the 10th batter, doesn't that mean he bats first? The rest of the quiz is WAAAY over my head. Are you going to post the answers sometime?

Okay, so here's the weird part. First, my comment got posted before I had finished editing it so I have actually posted two comments- don't ask me how I managed it, I have a talent for screwing things up. I tried to delete the first one and couldn't, and when I clicked on mom it took me to a site for DNA paternity testing!!??? Anyway, ignore the first comment, my second comment is the one I stand by. Was I right on any of it?

I will not answer any questions until Kelly has had a chance to answer.
But I will say you are wrong on all accounts.

Well, the first part was right, except it wasn't. WHich was better than the second part which wasn't right at all but was correct... And there is the last part, well, you really hit the nail on the head there. Yep, right on the head.... that's where I hit myself with a hammer when I was the thrid part.
